To Clarify, Not a Scab

Some people seem to be rather critical of my plan. Just to clarify, I think based on my body of work and talents, I eventually would have been in the WGA...but, as it so happens, an opportunity may come up for somebody like me to fill in on a prime time hit show. So I'm not ruling out the writers guild in the future...for now however, I just have to do my own thang. Hope that explains it.

Maybe YOU plan to be a WGA member, but I doubt they plan to honor someone who takes advantage of people who are sacrificing their income to lay out a better future for WGA writers. (and their families will feel that sacrifice too by the way.)
Just try using your scab work on a resume'.
And yes, you are a scab. No way around that one.

Honey, you are never going to be a WGA member. You are a scab, no matter your protestations, and scabs are barred for life from WGA membership.

Hey, is it pronounced Thom or Tom?
I think you're getting a bad wrap. You're not a scab. You'd have to actually get a job to be a scab, and that will never happen. You're a wannabe scab. The showrunners of these "hit TV shows" who would be hiring new writers are in the WGA and are out in the picket lines.
P.S. Could you send out the number to the actual winner of the Autumn Theater Def Blowout?
